Shipping policy

Shipping within the UK.

Normally Royal Mail is used for our shipping service. We aim to send this out the postal day after your order.

Items can be returned to us if not suitable (providing in perfect condition with original packaging and all tags & labels attached), but this is at your cost and the original shipping payment is not refundable. We only refund the items value, and do this when the items are received back.

International shipping is not available at the moment, we hope to introduce this by early 2027

For international shipping the local customs and duties charges are not included and are the customers responsibility to pay to the local agent. We do not advise how much these are and you should check with your local authorities to find this out. This is due to constantly changing and evolving worldwide rules and tariffs etc and also the impact of Brexit to the UK.

Please note - if you do not pay the duties the items are not returned to us, unless you pay to do so, and as such we will not be able to refund. Depending on your country they may destroy the goods.
