Seen something in-store but don't see it here?

It's been an incredibly busy few months, thanks to all our lovely customers, and now we need a little personal time to recharge the batteries. We'll therefore be closed Mon 27 Jan - Wed 29 Jan, just to catch our breath and catch up on some sleep.

Online & local orders will be fulfilled when the shop re-opens on Thursday 30 January. Thank you all for your understanding and continued support.

The Scottish Lion, also known as the Lion Rampant, is one of Scotland’s most powerful symbols, representing bravery, strength, and sovereignty. Depicted as a red lion standing upright with claws extended, surrounded by a double border of fleur-de-lis, it appears on the Royal Banner of Scotland, often referred to as the “Lion Rampant Flag.” This emblem traces back to the 12th century, first associated with King William I, known as William the Lion. Historically, the Lion Rampant was used exclusively by Scottish monarchs and later by the royal family as a sign of their authority. While it is not the official national flag (that title belongs to the Saltire), the Lion Rampant remains a proud symbol of Scotland’s regal heritage and fierce independence.
